AWANA Student Registration 2018

Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 PM | You are about to register for Antioch Bible Church's Wednesday night Awana program.
Register children for their club individually then follow instructions to pay for classes in the confirmation email.

Antioch's AWANA Club is a ministry for children Newborn through 5th grade. The heart of the AWANA program is Bible memorization.
Club Time consists of council and handbook time, as well as organized games. Children earn awards and recognition for completed sections in their handbooks, and for cooperation within their assigned teams.

The word "AWANA" is an acronym for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed", taken from II Timothy 2:15 - "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

2. Select Uniform Size (or 'wear last year's uniform)
3. Select Registration for # of students registering.



When selecting a student's uniform, know that their uniform is worn for the entire time in each class over their clothes.
So if entering Sparks for the first time, order a size or two larger than necessary as your student will wear his/her vest for Kindergarten, 1st, and, 2nd grade.

In case of medical emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parent first and then the emergency contacts. In the event that none of the said persons can be reached I hereby give permission to notify a physician and give permission to that physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order injection, anesthesia or surgery for the individual registered. In consideration thereof, I agree to hold harmless Antioch Bible Church (ABC) and/or its agents or representatives from any and all claims for expenses incurred, if any. I further hereby release and hold ABC, their agents and assigns, harmless from any injury or loss I, the participant, may suffer arising out of my involvement with said organization, except for negligent acts which would have been prevented if prior actual knowledge and reasonable opportunity had existed wherein the negligence would have been avoided by ABC. Except for that limited scenario, I take complete responsibility for my own acts. I further understand that the Bible states that Christians should not sue their fellow Christian (I Cor. 6:1-8) and I agree to those terms.
